Notifications Transparency

Will be good to have the functionality of transparency level in the lock screen notifications and status bar. Right now need to use Good Lock to achieve something very simple

I don't think this is something a "normal" person would want to adjust. I think it is fine as an option in good lock. Just my opinion.
