Heads up notifications should be paused whenever the phone is being used. Example-I'm typing in the address bar of a browser and I get a push notification. I have to stop typing until the notification disappears or I dismiss it before I continue typing because it covers the area where I'm typing. It would be nice if the system could recognize what area is being used and pause any notifications until use has ended
