Please add the option for when you want to use a 4 digit PIN, you can "Confirm without hitting OK". 

This was a nice feature and needs to be added back as an option.

So, only one input? The confirmation action is for repeating the same pin number so that it's a match & for the user to confirm their input. It's like reminding the user of their pin to assure it.

What if they unintentionally hit the wrong number then it's done. Then they have to chance trying the pin numbers that may be the input, which if fails after so many attempts, the device is locked out. Then the user is resigned to having to factory reset the phone.

Are you referring to initial setup?

DRich is wanting the option where when you type in the last number correctly it automatically unlocks the phone instead of having to hit ok as well

Read your screens. Of course it's still there. Set it up again with a 6 digit number. Make sure you enable open without clicking ok

Ya, they changed the requirement to a 6-digit pin a while back. I don't have to push ok after entering the 6-digit pin
