Press and Hold Apps

Same suggestion from last year.

When we press and hold any app, we will, most likely to select some app's functionality, right now it's easy to access the "select and remove" and the app's functionality not that easy.

Just change the position, simple.

*Like last year, you will ignore this suggestion, and 99% of all suggestion, so I have very low hope for any change.
