I'd suggest that the developers, when "answering" an error report stop requesting more information, since there's no way provided to do so. Nothing but frustrating at this point.
Please be assured that every error report submitted by users is being evaluated by our R&D team.
When submitting an error report, please do not close/minimize the app until confirmation is received that error has been successfully submitted. This insures that the report contains appropriate logs for debugging.
