There needs to be a standard visual voice-mail on all Samsung devices. It's crazy that we have to download 3rd party apps or get them from carriers. Sad that Apple is killing us on the voice-mail features and it's been that way for a long time now.
I told them to add a voicemail section into the phone app right after the contacts tab. I mentioned this years ago and just again a few days ago. I hope they take it to heart.
