It would be a nice feature if possible to get an audio text/email notification announcing either the phone number or email address when receiving or announcement of name if the text is from a number in contacts list.

You may also try enabling custom notification for each message conversation by pressing menu button(3 dots) in each conversation and select a notification sound.
You can do this via the Galaxy Wearable app for the galaxy buds pro. Seems like the tech exists, it just needs to be opened up outside of the ear buds.
