The best way to stop the Samsung Pay popup.

The best thing to do is to uninstall the Samsung Pay app. I like my gestures so that's what I did. Hopefully it'll be fixed sometime soon though.

Uninstall it or wait until the new update they posted about the issue and are working on it

Yeah, I uninstalled it because I love the gestures feature. It seems like they would include uninstalling the app as a temporary solution as well.

You can use One Hand Operation + from the Galaxy Store and keep Samsung Pay. You won't have the swipe up gesture but you can make your side swipe gestures anything you want.

This is a known issue and has been fixed internally. Fix will be included as part of next Samsung Pay update

Please disable gestures and use Buttons from Display -> Navigation Bar -> Buttons as a work around.
