[Theme Park] Preview Themes

Not an issue for many, but I have to go through several revisions editing and changing the different colors for the theme's layers. I'm hoping there could be a way to quickly preview a part of a custom theme in settings before the system applies it everywhere else.

This will help save time trying to fix issues as seen with a current one I have with my brightness slider:

Brightness slider is the same color as the background. It would be nice to see this before waiting awhile for the theme to apply.
