not sure if this is a 12 thing, or One UI, but the ability to adjust an app's notification setting from the drop down is no longer there (apologies if I've missed this). you could gently swipe to the left or right to reveal a settings wheel or "snooze" button, and make appropriate adjustments. I don't have that any longer. would like it if that remained.
