when app opening if you swipe up ,app snaped open then animating the closing animation it should stop the opening animation then start the minimize without starting the all close animation it should minimize where it is like other oems
I totally agree ugly default icon. And the worst animation in the business. So far they did quite a bit of improvement coming from the four point O version.

In my experience opening apps is quite smooth. My issue is when swiping up to close the app and get to the home screen. That animation lacks smoothness and at times has a stuttering feel to it. Its very annoying.
