I am using Samsung's new interface, and I noticed that the issues with WhatsApp and standard phone calls persist; the connection remains unstable, and the noise cancellation is not working. I kindly ask that you please look into this, as I work as an Uber driver and frequently stay on calls with my family and friends.

Is it unstable even in the house or in one location with good service? Connections are always a bit unstable while moving and in locations where your carrier doesn't have good cellular coverage.

To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.

1. Open Samsung Members โ†’ One UI Beta Program โ†’ Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure โ€œSend system log dataโ€ is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)

Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
