After I finish the download I noticed when I open up an app it asked me did I want to receive notification for example Facebook Snapchat Gmail Outlook. Went to my settings underneath apps and notice all my apps notifications were blocked. Had to go to each app and enable notifications and permissions for every single app on my phone.
