New Modes

So there is a new section in Bixby Routines that allows users to add "Modes" for Do No Disturb.  Most importantly, Bedtime Mode is back, but a bit different.  There are also other preloaded

 Modes and an option to add new ones.

Yeah it definitely needs a lot more refinement and options. I tried using the Driving one earlier and it totally messed up my existing Routine. I like this idea but it needs to be more granular in terms of scheduling the times for these modes or how we want them to act. I know there is a way to schedule DND and there exists routines but maybe there should be away to unify some elements?
