Can't enable contacts

I have a Samsung A14 phone, every time they do an update something is always wrong afterwards. Now I can't open my contacts to block delete edit etc. I went through the steps my permissions are on, but I still can't open contacts. Any help will be appreciated

What happens when you try to open contacts fo it just not open or Try to open and freexed
