Sure, go to the app settings and clear both the cache and the data. If you clear the data, it will mostly take away any personalized information.
If you are running out of space on your phone, I would suggest you go through all your high use apps (social media, web browsers, Google) and clear the cache of each of those. This is a project for when you are just killing time. Unfortunately, there's really no way to do it en-masse except, perhaps, to clear the entire cache partition by rebooting into recovery mode.
Wow I have tons of themes and every samsung app plus a bunch of edge stuff and watch faces and my total galaxy store is 110 mb so I don't see how an app van get to be that size , delete or upload videos that's where the space goes quick. But hey if my galaxy store was 7 gb I would delete the whole thing and never look back that is ridiculous if true
