My Galaxy is about 1 year old. About a month ago, I realized that all attachments sent from iPhone users would not be accepted? My husband has the same phone, he does not have this problem? I spent over 1 hr with Samsung Support and they claim it's an issue with iPhone and Samsung can't fix or help!
Second call to SAMSUNG Support - took about 15 minutes this time! He knew exactly what to do...turn Wi-Fi off and make sure data was on. That's it, easy fix! I wish the prior rep knew what to do!
