Tap your phone icon > tap 3 dot icon in upper right > settings > Block calls> tap minus icon on right side if number you want to unblock

I have been trying to delete the blocked numbers (more than 1,000) on my SG20 but not having any success.

If you would like to delete the list of  blocked numbers open the phone dialer and click the 3 dots top right. Then, select settings. Next, click on blocked numbers. There you will see the list with a red - beside the numbers you have blocked.
