My Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is stuck on One UI 5.1

I have a samsung galaxy a14 5g and I am stuck on the update 5.1. My brother has the same phone as me and got the update with no problem! But i can't, When I go to check for update it says, device is up to date. EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT! My brother has 6.1 but I am stuck on 5.1. please, PLEASE HELP ME!

Did you get your phone through a carrier? Sometimes when you delete or have certain outdated apps, it breaks whatever nonsense update logic is in place.

I've never deleted any apps

Last resort is a factory reset but you might be able to do the update through samsung switch on desktop
