My phone broke and I had to get a new one. When trying to sign in to my Samsung account, the 2FA tries to send the SMS to a number I have never had or seen before. I tried to change the number but it requires me to type in the current number which I don't know. I don't have any devices currently signed into the account except the broken phone. I have had to create a new account but some of my data is backed up on the old one and I can't restore it. I don't know what to do now.
