Hey there. Have a Samsung A25 5G that somehow got locked into SAFE MODE. Forums were saying sometimes it is a down volume button issue. Tested and down volume was not bringing volume down. Had put my old A32 case on my new A25, (which seems to fit well). I removed the case, noticing the buttons weren't completely aligning for volume. Retried down and up volume and is now working. Was then able to reset SAFE MODE. Seems to have been the wrong case, causing problem.
