Why are all the A Series phones so big?

Why are samsung making there A series phone so big has anyone had a problem carrying them around in your pocket what happened to the smaller ones I own the A14 5G I like it but I wish samsung would made it smaller like the s21

The side bezels are not bad It's the bottom bezel that to thick it doesn't even look like a samsung
