i bought a new samsung A23 last year, everything is ok with the phone , expect facing issues with sound level starts to be too loud during calls whether received or outgoing calls . as if the loud speaker is activated by itself on the earphone instead of bottom speaker. this issue does happen randomly but not with every call.
