I want to share my terrible experience with the Galaxy Book 3 (I purchased the laptop in Nov.2023)
I opened the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 as usual, but it started to make a crack noise, and I noticed that the left side hinge was not in its normal place. The hinge cover has moved toward the inside, too. The gap is getting bigger.
The warranty was already over, and the repair request process is also complicated on their website.
What should I do? How much would it cost to get this fixed?
