Samsung Smart Switch new updated app caused problems in my machine

On or about 03-07-2023 the new update of the Smart Switch caused issues with my Outlook. After I uninstalled it and when I tried to reinstall it, a message comes on that says I have installed a new version of the Smart Switch and to uninstall it before installing the new Smart Switch. I already have eliminated Smart Switch from my system as well eliminating all the Registry entries in the Windows 10 operating system.

We have been using Smart Switch for more than 10 years and this is a very necessary tool in our office. I need this to be fixed and I have exhausted all the possibilities to no avail.

Does anyone have any experience with this problem? If yes, please help.
