Delete Old Buds from Phone

Does anyone know how to remove galaxy buds+ from my system? 

-> It is not registered in my devices

-> It is not paired via bluetooth

-> It is not on SamsungFind

-> It's not present anywhere on my device, yet it keeps popping up in widgets, modes and routines, and other things.

Please help.

Remove it from your Samsung account if you no longer have them. Don't forget to sign them out first.

Tried it all. But it's not even on the Samsung Account or the Galaxy Wearable app. Still it pops up in my widgets and all, I don't know how.
