The buds 2 pro are randomly disconnecting and don't reconnect back, keep having to reconnect manually through Bluetooth settings. I already updated to newest software and it's still doing it. It happens after a few minutes connected to my Galaxy Z flip5 and it happens immediately when I go into buds 2 pro controls on my watch when I want to switch it to 360 mode. Yes, I've already reset them twice. Once before and the other after the new update.

Hello BryanCz, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for the earbuds to disconnect and not reconnect.

Try turning off the seamless earbud connection setting as suggested by @The_Lemon.

This article provides several troubleshooting steps, such as checking how the Buds are seated in your ears and making sure they are updated. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01208805/

If you continue to experience the frequent disconnects, we recommend having the Buds serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

that happened too me, it was because my Bluetooth was interfering on my laptop and it connected to my laptop instead. I now turn off my Bluetooth on my laptop unless I want to use it.

Having the exact same issue! Although it hasnt happened for me in a while. Try turning this off in the earbud settings, as it is similar to what I had to do to fix mine.1711318427283.jpg
