Galaxy Buds+ Troubleshooting (not connecting)

I have done a lot of looking around different corners of the internet and I feel like the only person with this issue. I left my Galaxy Buds+ at home for a while and recently brought them back to University with me. I tried to connect them like usual to my s20 Ultra and they wouldn't connect and I noticed the touchpads weren't working. As basic troubleshooting, I put them back in the case (both buds and case fully charged) and trying the pairing cycle again. To no avail, I unpaired them from my Bluetooth and tried to rescan them into my Bluetooth settings and the buds was not being picked up by my phone. I unpaired them from my galaxy wearable in hopes that I could rescan them in and hopefully that would work the issue out, but now my galaxy wearable app will not pick up on my buds. The charging case says that the buds are fully charged, but the buds are not making any sounds from the touchpads being touched and are not being reset by the charging case.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
