Galaxy Buds2 Pro cannot skip songs nor replay them

  • I can pause a song with one tap. But cannot skip a song with the double-tap nor replay a song with the triple-tap.

Hello Tomsbuds, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for the touch commands to not work. We will be happy to try to assist with this matter. 

With the standard touch settings not responding, have you tried customizing the settings to see if that would work better? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078137/

If the touch settings are still not responding accordingly, try doing a factory reset of the earbuds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103

Once you have reset them, test the touch settings again. If they are still not responding, we recommend have the earbuds evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

And when u connect to your buds
Then touch on touch control
And active all the setting

Make sure your buds are updated to the latest software. Mine did that one time, and after the update the problem went away.
