Fold & Flip PhonesHi,
After upgrading my Galaxy Fold to the latest software ( Uni 6), my phone no longer detects any WiFi signals. I took it to customer service, where they performed a factory reset, but the issue persisted. They later informed me that there is a hardware problem and that the repair would not be covered under warranty due to two scratches in the screen corner. They are now charging me 1600 AED ($435) for an issue that I am not responsible for. If I hadn't upgraded my phone to the new software, it would still be functioning perfectly. As a loyal Samsung customer for 8 years, I am extremely disappointed. There is obviously an issue with the UNI 6 software and its unfair to charge it to customers!
