When I press the shutter button there is a clunking feeling/noise. I can feel it when it actually takes a photo. It kind of feels like the haptic feedback so I have all sounds turned off including shutter sound. Is it supposed to do this? Has anyone else experienced this?

if it's a clicking sound you're talking about yes, it is completely normal. I used to have an s10e that did that. its the camera shutter I believe, if you shake your phone or when you zoom in/change camera side it might make that sound you speak of. it's normal. unless you speak of something else.
