Can't see my text messages

Does anyone else have this problem.  When I send the text and receive one, it doesn't show in the conversation but the other party can see it. 

 
I have tried 
Restarting my phone 
Restarting network
Signal has 4 bars 
Not in airplane mode.
 
I just stuck... it just started happening like 30 mins ago

Does this occur with messages to all contacts or specific contacts?

Have you tried clearing the app cache? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

Does this happen when connected to Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, or both?

You can also test the phone in Safe Mode to see if another app is interfering. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If you are still unable to see the text, we recommend reaching out to the service provider, as they are responsible for this service.

Are you using Google Message or Samsung Message?

Samsung message I believe. It's what ever default message app that came with the phone
