I can only hear incoming calls on loud speaker Galaxy S10+

i can only hear in coming calls on loud speaker , the phone ( s10+ ) hasnt been dropped , no contact with water

ive cleaned speaker ' holes'

checked settings , even done factory reset all to no avail , any ideas ???

Sounds like the top grill speaker is no longer working. You would need to take to an authorized repair center to have it replaced. Them have the part in stock might be a problem.

Please try running the diagnostic tools in the Samsung Members App to make sure everything is working correctly

done that , just tells me what i know as in , top  speaker fail 

looks like a trip to repairers

anyone else got any ideas , im still up for a simple ( cheap lol )  .option if there is one
