Samsung still doesn't have "Apps Lock" option

Why still Samsung doesn't have an option to lock the apps, and nost of other Android phones have this option, also (iPhone). I hote to see it in the next 1ui update.

Download bitlocker the free armor one. You should be able to. I have netgear armor which is just bit locker with a different image.
