Galaxy S PhonesI have a Galaxy s10e. My carrier is Xfinity. My voicemail app is not working. I've been told by my carrier that I need to use the native voicemail app on my phone. The app is occasionally not refreshing for a few days and not telling me I have new messages. It has been doing this on and off for a number of months. I have tried clearing data and cache and force quitting the app. I have reset network settings. I have been on the phone with Xfinity for over an hour with them troubleshooting everything we can think of. I can still access new voicemail messages by calling the voicemail, but it sure would be helpful to get notifications that I have a new voicemail and to see the list in the voicemail app. Can anyone help?
