None of the features in the September update work?

Anyone else who owns a Samsung Galaxy S20FE 5g get the September Update with the 5.1.1 update and none of the features work as listed in the update info. I called Verizon and they connected me to Samsung and they claim they don't know what's going on

I know you posted this awhile ago so I was curious if it ever got resolved? What issues were you having?

Did not get the 5.1.1 features

Did you fix it? If not just do a reset factory settings or you cancan always try to manually download the update again on sammobile.com or I'm sure there's a way on Samsung's website.
