Looking for a suggestion to restore the Wi-Fi calling option on my phone. It has disappeared in connection settings, no longer in my pulldown, quick tiles and not in my phone app settings. It was there (I previously relied on it while with T-Mobile) and suddenly gone. The only place I can now find it is Settings>Apps>"Special Access" in the 3 dot menu in the upper right>WiFi control. It is enabled and the only options given when selecting it is to toggle on or off. Verizon is my carrier and I have confirmed capability with them. I have tried the whole sim card pull, restart, blah blah. I have reset both network and phone settings. Verizon has attempted a reset from their end. Software update this morning didn't help. TIA

It is not an option, as I mentioned. Screenshot_20230923_154723_Settings.jpg

@OFFS Did you just recently switch to Verizon? When you boot your phone, do you see a T-Mobile logo? Wondering if you are running T-Mobile firmware and it is not compatible with Verizon's Wifi calling setting.

We switched at the end of May but the option was there and useable at least through the week of Independence Day. I had to shut it off while visiting friends due interference with call quality.

Yes, T-Mobile still pops up when I restart but Verizon maintains that that has no impact.

ā€ƒall I had to do was search up WiFi calling in the Settings app search bar. The first time I clicked on it it said the menu wasn't available, but then worked the second time I clicked it.
