Hearing aids won't connect to my phone Bluetooth

I have phonak hearing aids and they used to connect to my phone Bluetooth for me to stream calls and music and movies through them now I can't even get them to connect to my phone but it will only connect to the app I use for my hearing aids

Go into settings, apps, tap on the area I circled toggle, tap OK, in the search box, type in Bluetooth, tap on it, go to storage and clear cache. Reminder, you might have to repair all Bluetooth devicesScreenshot_20230320_135615_Photo Editor_1000008308_1679334975.jpg

I also have phonak hearing aids. I would completely delete the app. And also completely delete it off your Bluetooth devices. Then I would restart the phone, then I would try to re install them. I had the same problem and this worked for me
