I had to factory reset my phone a total of three times due to the keyboard not working properly everytime I tried to enter my phone. I am hesitant to even update the google play store for the fourth time. Any other solutions? I had this phone since it first came out and unfortunately have to get another phone as my main. Not sure if it'll be a Samsung or Apple.
