S21 ultra 10x lense not working or showing blur image

My 10x lense on my s21 ultra is not working on my phone when I switch to 10x it become blur even when the lense is clean totally clean its still blur even on the expert raw app it's showing black

You might have to get it fixed and it is a hardware problem
