Wi-Fi calling keeps coming on

My Wi-Fi calling keeps coming on and I have no clue why can anybody suggest a reason why that could be happening? Galaxy s21 ultra

maybe under settings/ apps/special access/ wifi control' check what apps could have the permission to control the wifi. my wifi user to turn on randomly so I'm not sure really
