Notification about email running in the background

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22. I keep getting a notification about my email running in the background. How do I stop that?

It's a bug right now it's not really running in the background and to turn off the sync notification
Open Email
Click on the 3 lines
Click on the gear icon
Notification
Notification categories
Scroll to the bottom and toggle off sync notification
But if you click on background apps it will still show if you click it

Sure is still running in the background even after following your suggestion.
It is definitely a battery drain, unfortunately m.
Hopefully, Samsung will address the shortly

That's OK but I then don't get email notifications and I have to log in to my email app to see all emails and then the "running in background" notification comes back which i then have to close down again

Happening on my Galaxy Tab also, annoying! Also, runs battery down very fast.
