Has anybody experienced any issues with swiping down anywhere on the home screen and not being able to open the quick panel?

Not at all. When did this start happening? I imagine you've already checked the home screen settings, yes?

Did this start after a software update? If so, go into your home screen app settings and clear the cache in storage.

Make sure that this is turned on.

It's working better. Another question should it also work when you're on apps too or is it specifically for when you're on the home screen?
