I've tried sending photos in my emails to clients and when they are received, just a little box shows up and the recipient cannot view anything. I have even sent them to myself and same thing.

Any help is appreciated.

No option to change the format in my gallery or settings that I can find.

@lars4295 Which email client (app) are you using?

How are you attaching these photos to your email?

Are you trying to attach a folder of photos?

@lars4295 Trying to attach a folder to an email is guaranteed to fail. It provides a local (on device) reference in the email. The recipient can not access that reference and therefore can't get the picture.

I would try a different email client. Perhaps the Yahoo email app has a bug.
