I've had this issue since updating to 5.0 on my s22u, and after receiving the same update on my tab s7+, the issue has showed up there. I've noticed that when I am on forum site using Samsung Internet and I quote or reply to a post, my text starts skipping around within the quote. And the quoted message will start to spread out putting spaces between the lines. Anyone else experience this?

It is recommended that after a major update, to reboot into recovery mode, clear the cache, and then run the repair apps option. Your phone will restart after. Test it out. LMK if this helps! GL!

I need to plug it into a PC in order to boot into recovery?

No. Power off your device. Hold the volume up and power buttons simultaneously. Once the Samsung logo appears, release JUST the power key. Keep holding the volume up until the recovery mode displays.

Tried that. Tried holding both ask the way thru. Tried these methods while on a charger. No matter what I do, I can't get into recovery mode. I've watched several videos about it. The device just always boots up as normal

.
It's a dexterity thing

Easiest way to do it ... when powered off is to press and HOLD Volume Up, then press and HOLD Power. Release at Boot logo.

Yes you need to plug into PC here's the steps if locked unlock tablet then plug into PC wait for the charging indicator to go off then press volume down and power button until the power off button comes on the screen press it and as soon as it completely powers off press and hold volume up and power button and hold until the recovery mode comes up had to look this up today for my daughter's Tab S7+ and performed the steps to clear cache partition and repair apps

Have your devices received any app updates after the Android 13 update? If not, check both the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store for any updates.
