AI Features not working

Hi everyone,

I have an issues after updating to 6.1 on my s23.  I see the settings for AI but everytime I go into it it kicks me out.  

I go to 

Settings≥Advanced Features≥Advanced Intelligence≥

A message comes up

'The first time you use advanced intelligence in an app or service that requires data collection to provide results, we'll let you know before your data is collected and processed.'

I click 'continue' and it's takes me back to the previous screen

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Things I have tried

- restarted phone

- wipe partition cache in recovery

- factory reset w/out restoring device

Have you logged in with your Samsung account (and Google account) on your phone?

same problem - cant do anything

success - after maybe 5 soft resets, and maybe 50 - 75 tries on the next button after going back to the explore screen it finally kicked over to the DONE BUTTON BUT AGAIN TRIED MAYBE 20 TIMES AND FINALLY GOT THRU... SCREEN, FINGER AND S PEN WAS CLEAN - CAN ONLY ASSUME A SOFTWARE PROBLEM
