My old Galaxy S10 phone pretty much always showed the date, time, and a short list of pending icons on the "black" screen - not the lock screen, the one you get when it's just sitting around. The new Galaxy S23+ only does that very occasionally, and doesn't display for more than a few seconds. I can't tell what to do to make that show all the time. Frankly, I used to use the S10 as a clock because of that. Is there a setting that will tell the S23+ to show that?
