Got the phone a few months ago and ever since I had this issue of the phone freezing on spotify when in use. The issue happens either when I press on the recent apps key or when I turn off and turn back on the phone screen. When the phone freezes it freezes on the you are currently viewing and the only things you are able to do is pull down the notifications tray, press the navigation keys and use the power buttons but if I try to press any keys or buttons it would not work. For example if I pull down the notification try and try pressing on the settings button it would not work.
Anyone had an experience like this before and knows of a fix I'd like to know.
I have Uninstalled spotify before, done multiple updates and still nothing seems to work. Any help appreciated.
