How is the Camera Stutter Still an Issue?

I brought up the issue with the camera on the S23U to Samsung a year ago. How is this still a problem? With video stabilization turned on the first few seconds it seems to stutter before recording normally. And now I even realized that the main sensor sometimes buzzes when attempting to refocus.

In the members app I was told this issue is being brought up to developers yet a year late this still is an issue?

I thought maybe my phone was an isolated incident, but there are countless threads online about various models having the exact same issue. I feel like these complaints simply remain unacknowledged and Samsung continues to release products and such a high price point that makes me wonder why we continue to pay for phones that don't equate the value.

Download the Camera Assistant app and there is a setting to decrease the shutter time when taking photos. Toggle Quick tap Shutter and see if that improves your experience.

My issue is concerning video stabilization, this solution is unrelated.
