Please follow these steps to connect Bluetooth devices to your phone. 1. Go to Settings 2. Tap on Connections 3. Tap on Bluetooth and toggle On If you are still unable to connect your Bluetooth device to your phone, reset your network settings. 1. Go to settings 2. Tap on General Management 3. Tap on Reset 4. Tap reset network settings 5. Reset settings and tap Reset
Try pairing a different Bluetooth device to the phone or tablet. If it pairs, there is a problem with the original Bluetooth device that wasn't connecting. You will need to contact the Bluetooth device's manufacturer.
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
